REPORTS CONCERNING THE CONTRACT WITH BULECOPACK
Your main responsibilities concerning the contract with Bulecopack Jsc. are to report each month the type and quantity of packaging placed on the market during the previous month and to pay the remuneration on time. For your convenience all sample reports are listed bellow and they are also included as Appendixes to the contract.
Monthly report for the quantity of packaging waste placed on the market from import and/or production ( Appendix 2 to the contract)
- It should be submitted by the 25th (Twenty-fifth) of the month for the previous month;
- It contains information about the type and quantity of packaging, placed on the market during the reporting period;
- It should be duly made, signed and stamped.
If you submit the report by the 14th day of the month, you are entitled to a 10% reduction of the product fee.
Annual report for the quantity of packaging waste placed on the market from import and/or production ( Appendix 3 to the contract)
- It should be submitted by the January, 14th each year;
- It contains information about the type and quantity of packaging that have been reported to Bulecopack Jsc. from 01 January until 31 December of the previous year, according to the monthly reports;
- It should be duly made, signed and stamped.

REPORTING ACCORDING TO THE ordinance on product fee amount and the order of its determination
According to the stipulations of the ordinance on product fee amount and the order of its determination, (Art. 16), the persons that place on the market packed goods are obliged to prepare monthly report – declaration.
The report is to be prepared by the 15th day of the month and it contains information about the packaging placed on the market during the previous month. It is prepared according to a sample- Appendix 15 of the Ordinance and is kept within the company for a period of 5 years. It is to be presented to the competent bodies upon request. In case no package/ packaging material has been placed on the market during the previous month, a zero report – declaration is filled in.
