On signing a contract for assuming the obligation for packaging waste recovery, Bulecopack Jsc. agrees to:
- Fulfill the obligations of your company for separate collection, recycling and recovery of packaging waste according to the targets and within the deadlines specified in legislation.
- Accomplish the above mentioned activities in conformity with the legal requirements and to report the execution of the activities by observing the legally defined deadline and terms.
Your responsibilities being an Assignor according to the contract are:
- to report the type and quantity of packaging placed on the market during the previous month.
- to pay the remuneration according to the terms of the contract.
The tariff by types of materials and discounts for the reporting year 2023 is presented in Table 1 - for the period January - June 2023 and in Table 2 - for the period July - December 2023

Types of discounts:
1. 10% discount from the sum of each invoice, in case you declare the quantity of packaging placed on the market during the previous month, by the 14th day of the present month;
2. 15% additional discount from the sum paid, if at least 50% from the total sum of the invoice, as in art. 1, has been paid within the deadline specified in the contract (10 working days).
