In order to improve and make reporting easier for its members, Bulecopack Jsc. implemented Customer relationship management software (Bulecopack CRM). It allows the members at real time to observe the quantities of packaging reported to Bulecopack Jsc., the invoices, credit/debit notes issued, as well as the payments made. Working with our software is very easy and convenient. The accounting documents issued through the software are later received through еFaktura.bg.
Each member of Bulecopack Jsc. has the right to work with Bulecopack CRM after signing Supplemental agreement to the contract.
Supplemental agreement for using Bulecopack CRM can be signed at any time of the year. In case of technical or other problems, even if such an agreement has been signed, the members of Bulecopack Jsc. have the opportunity to send reports by fax or e-mail, according to the stipulations of the contract.

Information about the current debt of the client.
Audit of the balance.
Access to all the documents, concerning the membership in Bulecopack Jsc.- contract, certificate, correspondence.
